Hi, I am Santosh (Former .Net Consultant) who was working in Fraud company Keyideas Infotech. Shreyas Kejriwal is Director of this fraud company. He never keep any employee who completes 1 year, and always try to blame on him and terminates so that he can prevent to give increment of the employees. He's running company in Saket, Delhi and opened a new branch in Ahmedabad. He recently changed his company's logo color also.

This is for fool peoples like me who is still working here on senior designation from last some years. It might be best for the clients but total worst for employees. Employee goes to mentally destroyed and totally harassment here with their work and salary expects. and Career goes to hell.

Yes, Everyone is right here. Keyideas Infotech is a fraud company, I worked there over 1 year as a Business Development Consultant, after getting better job from other company I decided to resign and I full-fill all criteria of HR or Company Policy for quitting job, I also served notice period but salary of that month and relieving letter not given by Fraud company Keyideas Infotech or Keyideas Global.

This Company has No Ethics They Hire People when there is Req and then after just within 4 months Fire People and tell them you have not performing well this is not an professionalism. Hire freshers and expecting performance like experience persons
Keyideas is the worst company in delhi. Shreyas the director of this company always try to make his statement whether it is right or wrong. He always try to promote "Boss is always right".

I don't know how would these people survive in this world but after reading these people review I want to put some light over these reviews after working more than 2 years in Keyideas.
1) I have not come across a single project which had not been completed in time.
2) I myself and people working in company provides time to time support to clients after completing their projects.
3) I have not met a single person whose confirmation has been extended or whatever. But as always there are some Exceptions. Confirmation of people is extended who take leaves without telling to their reporting person, don't come office and just waste office time.
4) He never keep his employee more that 1 year. People working there more than 5 years there. Come and see any time.
5) Hire freshers and expecting performance like experience persons... Who won't. Each company thinks o[censored]tilising its resources. Much you know better for us.
6) Fire people after 4 months. Yes it is true for people who gets hired into the company by fraud. But see our company generosity as company still pay them for 4 months.
7) He always try to promote "Boss is always right". Bro I don't know ur experience with him but all I can say that he listens to every one and then takes any decision. He give chance to every one to speak and put his words.
And for the last.
Guys who have written that we will not join this company... Guys from my experience of life I would say that don't listen to people and immediately believe upon them. You may find things different.

I can understand you need a promotion from Shreyas Kejriwal. But before money you should be think about truth and your responsibility for corporate society and culture.

He do all kind of frauds in the company with the employees and also not complete projects because he is not hiring good developers in his company not giving us salary on time. he is just wanting to take money from clients and not complete the project. He is running this company like a banya shop. Guys be very careful before joining this comapanies and don't waste your time clients also be very careful giving projects to this company. he will go to jail one day for frauds he is doing everytime.
