[Resolved]  Syscom Softech pvt ltd — Fraud Hiring

Going to syscom softech (p) ltd was a mistake for me. They came on 7th jan 2015 in MVN University in faridabad. When i cleared all the rounds, they asked for a cheque of rs. 50000 from me as a bond. They think that students are so stupid that they will give them 50000 for one week job. I denied the offer and then called me again and again like 2-3 times in a day. They are as fraudster as Woxa technologies at sector-17 in faridabad. If anyone looking at this comment, please don't go with syscom softech (p) ltd or Woxa.

I am ex- student of MVN college and currently working in Syscom Softech (P) Ltd. for past 1.8 years and I like to say that the people which are spreading fake news are not at all correct. I have been working in this company and never found this type of attitude by the company. I agree some people gets fired but its not because they have been cheated. They gets fired as there performance is not good and statement which says that they take 40000 is not correct. The amount taken is in form of cheque (Bond) and if any employee is fired or if he covers its period of bond then that cheque is given back to employee so don't spread any fake news about the company and Mr. Rajan and Mr Siddharth I never heard your name in company may be possible you got selected in company but both of you never joined so how can you comment on the internal process of the company.
