Hi,
I would like to complain against Accel Frontline Services Company based out of Pune.
I had given two Belkin routers to Accel Frontline services. One of them, I had bought a router on the 2nd week of Oct, and within a couple of days it was not working. Within a week on 20th Oct, I inquired with Accel Frontline Services, and gave them the Routers for replacement. I was told that the replacement would come within 5 - 6 working days and I would be intimated by mail / sms. That was okay with me.
However two weeks passed, and, I got no response about the status, nor was the site updated with the status. It states - "Waiting for Allocation".
I then dropped a note to "[protected]@belkin.com" inquiring about the same.
I then got a response that the stock was not available and would be available by 20th Nov. I am still not clear whether 20th Nov is the date when I would get the router or would it be further delayed.
I was very unhappy with the response. I requested that atleast one router could be made available before that and what was the mode of complaining further to the management. I have not received any response till date. The status on the site btw is still "Waiting for Allocation"
I have the following issues.
1. No where while buying the product was I told that the ETA (turn around time) for replacement would be a full calendar month (20th Oct - 20th Nov).
2. Why was I told that the replacement Routers would be available with 5-6 days. Wrong expectation should not be set.
3. Why was I not itimated about the delay through email/sms?
4. Why is Belkin technical support not responding to my follow up mails.
The reference Ids are BKNPUN[protected]DW and BKNPUN[protected]DW.
Overall the service from Accel Frontline has been pathetic atleast on this instance.
I would request Belkin to introspect. Seeing this service, I would never recommend Belkin products to any one forget about buying one.
