Dear Sir,
I am herewith sending the purchase bill of my computer monitor-VIEW SONIC LED Monitor Sln: SHZ[protected] of 18.5"width with 1080 days of warranty for Rs 5500/- purchased from Rokdeshwar Computers ,Borivli (E) attended by my technician Mr.Harish. It was purchased on 9-1-2013
The copy of the bill is enclosed..
On 1 st may after my work I closed the computer. Next day morning when I opened it I found only grey colour display and if kept longer the blue screen full of white patches. There was no display of icons Only the opening display with white patches.
I called my technician on 3rd and he found that the problem cannot be corrected by him and he sent a complaint on the same day to the company asking for the Brand service check-up.
The service Engineer Mr.P. Parab visited on 7th. He checked up and seeing the damage is inside gave me a report of it .showing the problem as"Main Board problem" and sent the report asking for a replacement. The copy of the report is also sent herewith.
He gave me a name -Ms .Anita (Phone No.30555113/117.) for the further follow up. Accordingly we called her and got a reply that the replacement will take some time since it is not immediately available.But later follow ups showed that the replacement has already reached their Chennai Office.
For the last 3 weeks I am getting the same reply that it has been despatched from the Chennai Head quarters but I did not receive it so far.I am surprised that a parcel sent from Chennai takes more than one month to reach Mumbai.
Since I have waited long enough to receivethis parcel from Chennai to Mumbai I have no other way than to approach the Consumer Court I am going to approach the consumer Guidance about which I have already warned Ms.Anita yesterday.
Thus it is nearly 50 days since my first complaint is gone and I did not receive my replacement yet.
I have already informed them that I am a freelancer who cannot do with my computer and at present I am running at a loss.So I think I have all the right to approach the Consumer Court.Hope you all can understand my problem .
I hope you all will agree with me.
