I have invested in azure project by concept infravision pvt. Ltd.in feb, 2015 and in orizzonte by horizon concept, through their marketing partner karvy private wealth.
Investment scheme for both projects were 20% interest annually for two years with buy back option.
Since november 2016, monthly interest pay out become irregular and cheque started bouncing. Same scenario was with azure. Also, tds deductions were not remitted to the government since september 2016.
Karvy was well aware that builder is in cash crunch after demonetization, but still kept it secret to me and even convinced for roll-over for another 2 years in case of azure (Initial tenor was for two years, but rolled over for next two years from feb 2017)
I have sent several e-mails to karvy’s ceo mr. Avhijit bhabe but he never responded to my email, neither he received my phone calls. Other guys from karvy are not interested to talk to me and they are not attending my phone calls, no call back, no feedback.
Asst, vice president of karvy private wealth and his team members lured me to invest in these two projects by giving rosy pictures and false promises. As far as i know, karvy has raised monies from approximate 800 investors for each azure and orizzonte project. They are getting hefty commission for luring the innocent investors to invest in such type of projects.
So, if you are interested to safeguard your hard earned money going in wrong hands, think 10 times before dealing with karvy private wealth. They are expert in making fool of innocent investors. Karvy has fooled many other investors with products i. E bpl, sunworld arista. All together[protected] investors are suffering because of karvy.
In my opinion, both builder i. E. Concept infravision pvt. Ltd. And their marketing partner m/s. Karvy private wealth are making fool of the innocent investors.
Let us unite and take appropriate legal action (Including fir, consumer court) against both builders i. E. Concept infravision pvt. Ltd., horizon concept and karvy private wealth.
