Concept Kart — Refund not received

I bought a Tecphile S-P613 wireless keyboard case for Samsung S6 Lite from conceptkart.com on (Order # CK23798) on 26 July 2023 which got delivered to me on 28 July 2023. It costed me Rs 2960/- but within a week o[censored]sage suddenly it stopped working. I have asked for a refund/return of this item from Concept Kart team but they are not doing the needful. It's been more than 4 working days of return and they are not replying to any of my calls/messages now. They cheated me for almost 3000 bucks. So please beware of Conceptkart.com and to prevent any such scams/frauds to happen to you please avoid purchasing any item from Conceptkart.com and other products from Concept Kart available on other shopping portals/platforms. I lost my hard earned money which I earned by serving in Indian Army but I hope after reading this you will be saved from losing your money..
