Concept Makerz Events Pvt Ltd — I m complaining against the owner of the company

So i myself have worked in this company for couples of months so i would like to share my experience as i started working there the owner { mr. Ali} he is most # and rude person. He promises that he will pay to their employees but at the end of the month he dont pay. He hire people and whenever he is angry he just simply fire people and speaks lot of abuses language. He even doesnt pay to vendors.. Who have worked for him... He speak lot of abuses languages.
Even he abuses girls aslo... His work is also totally worst.. I would suggest that this company should be closed and owner should first learn how to talk to people and how to respect girls specially when they are working for you..
