Confident Group — Extremely sorry state of customer support and rude emails

I have an incident to bring to your notice, from one manager to another. I lead Analytics for Jio and know a thing or two about customer support. I bought an apartment from confident, Confident Bellatrix 3 last year. What we were very excited about is a nightmare now, thanks to the customer support.

Please find the mail trail below. I have been following up with your customer support representative Ms. Jiss Peters to replace my main door which has been termite infested for the last 8 months. Countless follow ups were made and I had to cancel my flight ticket twice because of failure to deliver on time.

Gradually the representative stopped picking up calls, and started sending messages. You can see the messages attached. I raised the issue with the MD Mr. Joseph and included her for transparency. She started blaming me and alleged that I harassed her as a woman over sms. Please go through the SMS, I only see a frustrated customer who is not getting any help from your customer support. I have lost 20k on flight tickets behind this issue.

Please go through the attached mail trail and do the needful. Its a grave allegation of woman harassment she has pointed. I am left with no choice but legal recourse if the matter is not taken care of promptly.

I had booked another property with confident which I have now cancelled. I will not dare to think of buying another property from confident. I hope you give a call if you need more details.

Updated by dinesh hariharan I had purchased an apartment from Confident Groups in Kerala a year back. The Ownership transfer was late by a year and the builder has cheated me on the below points. I would like advice on legal action against the builder.

1. The property was originally started and stalled by another builder taken over by confident after several years. This was sold as a new construction and hence cheated due to non - disclosure.
2. The construction has several cracks and is of poor quality The doors were termite infested.

I had registered the property, and incurred a loss of 52 Lacs paid to the builder and an additional 6 Lacs for furnishing and registration.
