The service is terrible and it is criminal to have charged my credit card for the ticket and not sending me the ticket. The trip was for 28th march 2019 to singapore and i dint receive the ticket until 6 pm ist on 28th march 2019. I have made several calls and written email to their support id however there is no response or help.
I need the entire money back and happyeasygo must pay me for the inconvenience caused as i couldn't travel as planned. Was this information helpful? |
