Confirmtkt — refund issue

I booked three tickets on 17 november and two tickets on 19 november by using confirmtkt app. Both are cancelled later and i got confirmation msg for my refunds on the day itself. I again got the refund process message on 20 number says that money will be get to my account with in 5 to 7 business days, till today i didn't get any money (990rs and 282). They tried to fool while iam called to customer care. Transaction id and detail put below.

About confirm tkt I donot know sofar, but when I make payment through my a/c Atm card your confirm tkt creditedand Debited Ref is : ctkt 25820266 on 25/[protected]amount Rs 879/-. Whereas I cancelled the transaction on[protected] . Cofirmtkt confirmed redfund intiated and it willbe credited to BOB a/c .
but sofar 13days gone not received . Please take step refunf the rs 879/- to my BoBa/c.
