Congnizant — Documentation issu, e

I interviewed on 6th Aug for a non voice process tech support process and was shortlisted later they confirmed that the offer letter will be released in the next 1 or 2 days, I was happy but it took nearly 1 month to release the offer letter during this time I missed other opportunities waiting for this, but the real pain was yet to come, after spending whole one day for the interview and waiting for nearly one month for the offer letter I was rejected for not having form 16 for one of the three companies that I had worked in 2018, it was a pvt ltd company and do not give PF to their employees but for the last 2 companies I submitted form 16, I was getting mixed reverts from Cognizant, some said its not mandatory as you already have other two companies form 16, over all there was no proper clarity between Cognizant staff and no proper communication, finally here i am who have missed other opertunity for such a low standard company with a big name, low on professionalism, no job from 2 months, at the end we are just like a toilet papers and nothing else.
