Connect Broadband — Deactivation of broadband connection

My connect cp box was removed by a connect guy from the terrace of the building where I live without my permission, i didn't raise any request for broadband disconnection. Customer care didn't entertain and When I complained in the local office, they said I had to pay for the CP box again to get my connection back. Its been 15 days, I am really fed up now. Please help.

I had contacted more than a month earlier to customer care number to disconnect my number as soon as possible but still I got the bill for that month which is your negligence and it says now that it hasnt stopped till now. So firstly I request you to stop my connection as soon as possible and secondly stop harassing for pending bill which I had no idea is still running because the customer care employee said it will be disconnected as he had put the request but it didn't happen.
