[Resolved] Connect Broadband — Increase bill without intimation

Hi, i am using connect broadband connection no. Dsls202691 in amritsar. I used to pay rs. 399 monthly rent but this month i have received month bill with rs 599 monthly rent. I called up customer care and asked about the same. They are telling that the charges have been increased. My complaint is how connect can increase monthly charges without informing or taking approval from me for the same. Regards, mahesh m:+91-[protected]

Sir this is to inform that you had contacted us for same concern at our help desk also where we had informed you that Your connect number bill was not increased it was the plan which was revised for all the customer, Earlier Plan was revised & that was intimated you on your registered number also, & as per company norms it was revised for all the customer's.

My connect no is DSLS202691 and this is not working from 6 july 2016.
i had registered my complaint many times but still issue did not resolve after this i went to connect office ans discuss our problem to connect employee.
they just listen and gave smile to me and did not take any action on it, now i am fed up from this so i request to you please take action on connect company.
