Sir, I am using connect broadband No. [protected]ami for the last 3-4 years & they charge more than[protected] but never work properly but from the last 2 months I was requesting that my connection is not working properly but they justo keep on delaying. I many times requested my connection is even running slower than 2G mobile services. When I warn them they send an engineer after 3 days. He suggested you change you plan for you combo 625 is best in which 5GB data at 1 Mbps speed then unlimited at low speed. They changed the plan but no use again it works very slow very slow then disconnect, on 4th nov I registered a complaint bearing No. 1111 & ensure me it will be solve within 24 hrs but 10th nov I again asked for my complaint they replied your complaint has been closed on 4th itself on asking she said we don't know. They again take my complaint & send a engineer, he said their is problem in software it has to be installed again. After 3 hrs working he replied your 5GB data is used. I talked at helpline also they further to further transferred the calls. But nobody sort out they harassed me like anything. Before moving any legal step I would like to inform you. Please suggest what should I do.
