On 04 july i have made the payment of 1250/- rs to one of a connect sales agent regarding my new wireless internet connection. He said sir maximum time for installation is 2 weeks. I said ok. After 10 days i checked the status from customer care team and they said sir your connection will install in 2 days we have raised complaint regarding this, after 2 days when i call they said sir tomorrow morning your connection will setup. Next day evening when no one call me & came i called again to customer care team and they said sir your request is auto cancelled because it's more than 2 weeks. They said i have to visit local connect office. I called to same person who took payment & he said sir customer care team don't know anything, before 18 jul your connection will setup actually do not have equipment for installation right know so that's why it's taking time. I was calling him today also but they even not answering my calls. From customer care team i getting answers sir we are unable to help you because your connection not setup. Are they just playing with me. I mean i have done the payment now i just need the service. And they are not ready to provide service. When i ask for refund they said sir it will take 1 month time. Why 1 month it's taking for refund when i submit case give me my case back. There agent don't have manners to talk to customer, i have 2 agent name from customer care team of mohali who talk to me like i am no one for them. I don't want to mention name i have employee id's also because my issue only for internet related not personal so i am not updating name. I just want to install the internet or else refund not in 1 month.
