I am using the landline and broadband services of connect from last two years, I have shifted my office last month, due to that I have requested local connect office to shift my connect phone no. They accept my request and also charge rs. 300 on account of shifting charges. I requested on 5th march, they commited me to shift the number till 10th March 2016. I called them on 15th march to know the status, but they said they are unable to shift the phone, because they dont have vacant port. Today again I call them to ask the status, again the refuse to shift it, I asked them to disconnect the phone, they are forcing me to pay the bill for the cycle I havent use their services, and also I have requested them to shift it. Now they are threating me that if I wont pay the bill, they will register a complaint against me. They have harrashed me by not shifting my phone in 17 days, nd still they are not sure about the date, and also forcing me to pay the bill immediately, the last date of this bill is 28th march. I am running a coaching institute, at time of exams of my students I have to access internet to download study material for my students, but due to the negligence of connect co. I failed to do my work.
