Hi,

I had bought two apartments in project azalia with supertech builder through this broker in august 2016.

At the time of booking apartments, the broker promised me to pay a cut from his brokerage as discount which was to be paid within 45 days of booking and was amounting to 10 lakhs.

For the last one year i have been chasing him for my money and he has been telling me that he has not got his brokerage from supertech.

Finally after a year of follow up and a lot of pressure he gave me a credit note (Which is a documentary evidence) yesterday 16 august 2017, that he will pay me when supertech pays him his brokerage

I have a feeling that he has got his money and is not having the right intent to pay me back.

Please help me in recovery of my money. It's my hard earned money and would not want to give it to brokers like this.
