Consumer Forum — Payment done but not any help provide

I register my compliant regarding fraud on this webside they say i can refund ur amout... But they not help me plz... Take action of this... Is not known for u...
The file my complaint with u on 17 aug after they say pay 10% amout from fround amount for aggriment or process fees, so i had already paid 10% of the amount. 13650 rs

I have also credited 36000 payments but one by one only base on hope but ur agent only took payment. Last payment is done on 3september

But yet now

I have not refunded any amount. Plz take action if this mattr is unkown for u... Or... Plz tell me ur team is fraud... Ur department not able to help us... But plz not paly with us...
