Consumersigncyberservices.com — I asked to pay 10% of claim amount for legal

Hi team.. I got a mail from [protected]@cyberservices.com and asked me to share my phone number. Then i got a call from mr. Rajeeb ([protected]) and he confirmed that within 24 hours i will get my money back. Then he asked me to pay 10% i. E 6800 for legal charges which i have paid.
I have two complains here but i am struggling here. Please help.
