Convergys India — Need assistance with PF account

I am trying to reach convergys but no response on phone. I worked in 2015 for AT&T process in Bestech Gurgaon towers and need to contact there PF/ Accounts/ Payroll team for joint declaration submission and Aadhar seeding to EPFO.
