Convergys india especially netapp process management is following a trend by terminating employees in bunches for # reasons and not providing the relieving letter which hampering the employees career.

When there is a business reason to lay off employees, they follow this trick by enforcing unnecessary and unacceptable blame on the employees and terminating them.

I am one among the employees who has been suffering in career due to this incident.

I have worked or 2+ years in convergys, and was terminated for an unacceptable reason and didnt get justice for not receiving my relieving papers, now i have lost my 2+ years of work experience, which completely hampered my career.

I have reached the leadership team for help. Email was addressed the next day and they have provided me the documents in 2 days. They have also reached me on phone to check if I need any more assistance. I appreciate the prompt help and hearty thanks to the team
