With heavy hearts i regret to inform i have been facing a lot of issues in tying up with swiggy. I have been trying to tie up with your team since 4 months now.
Myself sneha nair, owner of conversations resto cafe, near bhoomi acres, hiranandani estate, thane west 400607, have tried to contact the right concerned person and failed multiple times so pushing this mail with a hope, atleast this mail brings out the urgency in your team which is other wise laid back and lethargic.
On aug 15, i got in contact with one of your officers who asked me to do online login, i followed the complete process but there was no further assistance or call back from the back end team to take the process ahead.
Finally during mid august end i met a professional who helped me to log in my docs. I am assuming my docs are logged in but since then there has been very low or little response from the person and the team. From mid august till now there has been no intimations made abt my tie up. Not to mention all my attempt to call you guys failed because of your “avoid the partners calls attitude” lately i received a msg asking me to download swiggy owners app. Which is done but again the team has disappeared. No one is in contact nor picking up the calls or answering the msgs. I was under the impression swiggy is one of the fastest, most efficient and high responding food delivery apps but now my assumption is changed
As a partner, i am really disappointed and humiliated, i am not even mentioning about the loss i am bearing because i am not tied up with swiggy.
Just to bring it to your kind notice, i was in zomato page within the first week of my call. Uber eats being new player is still beating you guys up when it comes to call response. Food panda takes 1.5 weeks for the entire process. Swiggy still sleepy even after 4 months.
I hope my mail is taken positively and in a mature way, also hoping atleast this mail helps me with lightening speed tie up with swiggy.
