(In this 21st century, a managing director of a company who doesn't understand english or speak english to clients will always have a mediator to translate and convey the conversation)

We have believed that this could be a genuine project or a genuine company out of other companies in the market for data entry projects but it is also turned to be a fraudster.

Yes!! It is also a fake company which is not genuine. Seriously believe me this is not the company we are looking out in the market.

Fake promises has been given every day since the project has been delivered. Though the talks from the support team and as well as from the managing director of anil gangwar would be so much pleasing.

We get different talks every month after the submission of the project while we are getting the qc reports. Initially we are requested to type the entire project (Datas // forms) according to the images (Source file // jpeg). Later on it will be done according to what anil gangwar and his tech // support team is guiding us.

At the end it has been mentioned that we should analyze the source file and type with our instinct.

“what they really trying to convey is we should check all the spaces, alpha numeric errors, symbolized errors and other errors. And at the end they will inform us that we have done wrongly and we should do according to what the image is and what they have guided us.”

I have gone through this # more than 7 months and we have experienced in all kinds of twist talks, fake promises, fake commitments, fake entries and fake peoples with fake phone numbers (No constant mobile numbers are used). Yes, i guess anil is using a constant mobile number apart from his team members for more than a year.

Though after lot of researches done from my end,
What could be the actual payment?

Calculation for 5 seats/ 5 pc systems
5000 forms per seat / per system
5000 forms x 5 seats = 25000 forms
Rs.22-36 for 100% accuracy
Rs.36 x 5000 forms = 180000
Rs.36 x 25000 forms = 900000
This is the payment calculation they have mentioned but with a twist of accuracy parameters.

The calculation will slide down till rs.2 per form if the percentage of the accuracy reaches in between 70% - 75%, which turns to be a total loss for the project outsourcers.

I. E. The accuracy parameter and the payment calculation is totally wrong.

Think!! Think!!

If we have achieved 70% of the accuracy, the payment which they have mentioned is rs.2 per form that means we’ll get rs.50000/- (Fifty thousand) but the actual payment for the project which we have submitted is rs.720000/-
Payment split – 100% accuracy – rs.900000/-
Calculate it for 70% - rs.630000/-
Our payment is rs.50000/-
Profit for corbital – rs.580000/-

Give you a perfect example: - we work for 9 hours a day and 26 days per month for a salary of rs.10000/- (Rs.385 per day salary). Reminding you that it is not calculated for hourly (Time).
Rs.385 x 26 days = rs.10000/-

If we work 5 hours a day and 26 days per month same as above. The salary is calculated for half day of work (Rs.385 x 12 days) and not calculated on basis of hours of work (Time).

What corbital is doing is calculating the payment in hour basis.
Which gives us rs.43 for 1 hour (Rs.43 x 60 hours = rs.2580 aprox.) and we blindly believes this # totally.

Thinking to that, why the payment should decreases to rs.2 per form if we have achieved 70%.
Overall the 70% should have been calculated out of rs.36 per form for 25000 forms.

To talk about the qc reports and how they will check,

After all the hard work, working over time, working on sundays and working on government holidays, we submit 5000 forms per seat totally 25000 forms for 5 seats. But we are been fooled by just checking 2% to 5% of the overall forms (They just check 800 forms to 1000 forms). Because they have more than 20 clients and they will not have time to check all the forms. So the rule is to check 10% to 20% of the forms out of the total no. Of forms which is been submitted.

Wait!!

They have given us a golden rule – if the 10% of the qc’d forms (800 forms) results in 100% accuracy – rest of the forms (Balance 24200 forms) are calculated as 100% accuracy and 100% payment in full.

If the 10% of the qc’d forms (800 forms) results in 0% accuracy – rest of the forms (Balance 24200 forms) are calculated as 0% accuracy and 0% payment (0 payment - zero).

Out of 25000 forms which we have submitted they will randomly check forms and gives us qc report full of #.

No rule will be followed and applicable to us according to the contract. If the issue is on their table they’ll not talk according to the contract, but if it’s on us they’ll talk the contract is like this and we can’t over proceed to any of it.

After all the possible ways in handling this project, corbital is been fooling us and earning huge number of profit through us (Project outsourcers).

People who have taken the projects already from corbital and thinking to take projects get aware now or else it will be an total loss which will not be regretted.
