refund not processed by corp bank, initiated by amazon

I had ordered some items from amazon of rupees 5336 and amount paid through online, from my corporation bank account on 29 09 2019. But mistakely i made order one same item twice of rupees 349. I found the mistake, the same day i cancelled both the order. security guard behaviour is not good

The security guard standing at night in atm dated[protected] is misbehaving with customers & talking we roodily. So please take serious action against him or otherwise the matter will escalate further & this type of security guard will spoil the banking reputations & not for bank also.

amazon refund isn't reflected in my bank account

cheque return

Today 9/10/2019 wednesday. Last three days goverment holiday for banks. Every month 7th in have to pay 3629 for my vehicle loan. And i can't pay exact 7th on this month because of these goverment holidays and in udumalpet branch don't have deposit machine. And today i deposited 4700₹ on 10.07am today. And they take amount for cheque return. And this is second time to happens me....

deduct amount but not refund

regarding receiving fraud call for asking debit card details

A call (From phone no. [protected]) received on my number today at 2:40 pm stating that the services of newly issued debit card by the branch has been hold due to not using the card this month in the atm machine and otherwise. The person has further asked that to avoid such situation, allow him to know the debit card no. But i disconnected the phone....

negligence of duty

about unnecessary debit of money

I had done a transaction on the last day of August and it got failed and the machine was not working after that but still my amount was debited and on complaining to the customer care he told me to wait and my amount would be credited to my account within 24 hours and now upon trying to customer service they are not picking up the phone and sometimes the line went busy....
