Corporation Bank — Mobile recharge not done successfully

I had made mobile recharge of ₹199 by corporation bank on 23-august-2020, 02:05am order id :n-hougsfh-ey29dix-o3f69nx powered by nuclei but the recharge has not done till today,

I had called to customer care
They said ask @ your branch,
Then i had asked and given complent letter to the branch staff but they are not accepting the letter, and they are saying the transaction is showing that it is successfully done so we can't help you,

But i had not successfully done this transaction
Please help me to get refund.
