i have ordered the product name Full Professional Makeup Artist Set Kit + gift order number THE ORDER NO IS 7765745 on the 8th of february however i had received a different product on the 12th of february 'Crystal Moisturizing Make Up Kit W Vit E/c A3722', i immediately sent a complain in regards to the same on the 12th of february,i had send the image attached in jpeg format as require and had returned the product, i was giving a run around by the representatives though email, and also phone conversation which leads to nowhere,i was asked to contact few personels which hardly they attended their phone and email that could never response, after a while i was asked to returned the product after i returned the product attached with courier expense, they asked me to sent the scan of the courier expense, which i had already attached the original billl in the package, i wonder how hard it it for them to gv me one time information, looks like their information provide are in installments,And now it is more than two months since ordered the product that i have nt recieved any replacement, i spoke to a rep, i was informed that i will recived a call back within 24 hours , i never did it was as usual, and i had not recieved even the product that supposed tobe send out to me, i recieved an email that the product was send on the 25th of march that i should recieved with 7-10 buss days and again asked me to sent a proff of the courier charges, which i don't really care a damn now because i am not ging to place any order from REDIFF.com any longer, it was an experience which is very painfull, stressfull, i cannot describe anymore of how i felt about this anymore, i spoke to the rep again today the 10th of april, i was informed that the tracking number was not found, and they do not even aware what's my response and theirs too by the way, they keep on telling me that i've got to wait 24-48 hours for call back that never happens.
