This is with regard to the damaged/broken ponds white beauty cream bottle- worth Rs. 249 had a offer of Rs. 199. But we took the cream and came home and found some sound inside the box. So we thought we had some offer/ some gift inside and opened it quickly but after removing the box we found that bottle was broken and cream was all over the box. we immediately rushed to MORE - Trinetra Super Retail Ltd. - M.S. Ramaiah Road Mathikere. But they did not accept it back and said we should have opened and checked it before purchase at their shop.Executive Ramesh says this. How is that possible? Can we unwrap each and every item and see whether its good or fresh at the shop and then take it unwrapped to home ? This is highly ridiculous we did not purchase any clothes to wear and confirm that we will go for the purchase. Then according to them when taking any packet we should unwrap and see and then take it .

AM A RESIDENT OF RNA ROYALE PARK, MG ROAD- LINK ROAD JUNCTION.KANDIVALI W. THERE USED TO BE A POND OPPOSIT MY FLAT ON THE NORTHEN SIDE, WHICH IS SUDDENLY DISAPPEARING. I FEEL THAT THERE MIGHT BE SOME ILLEGAL CONTRUCTION COMING UP THERE . I WOULD REQUEST THE BMC TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THIS MATTER SO AS THAT SO DISTURBANCE IS CAUSED TO THE ECOLOGICAL SYSTEM HERE . PLEASE TAKE TIMELY ACTION BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE
