[Resolved]  Shopping Zone, Chhindwara — REFUSED TO EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT

Dear Sir, I had shopping at shopping zone parasia road branch, chhindwara (M.P.) on 03/10/2013 with the bill no. VAT TIN [protected] at the time of purchasing I had picked fair & lovely fash wash instead of fair & lovely cream. For the same incident I contacted to Mr. Sandeep Vishwakarma Manager of that branch to exchange the product, he refused me to do that and gave me the email id krishna.[protected]@shoppingzone.co saying that it is id of M.D. of shopping zone, its totally ignorance of consumer law, I need justice so I want revert from your side by tomorrow or I should complaint to the consumer court.For that I am sending a copy of mail to the consumer care help branch. -- Jaideep Arsiya [protected] [protected] SIR SAME MAIL I HAVE SENT TO THE CONCERN PERSON "[protected]@gmail.com"
