I had purchased an office in cosmic corporate park 2 in 2012. We have made complete payment of nearly rs. 7 lakhs by april 2015. We were supposed to get possession in september 2015 but nothing has been shared with us yet and no work has begun in the mean while. As per our information, now the organization has closed down. We have receipts of all payments we have made to the company, in which they had also included service tax. Can you please help us by getting us a refund of our money as we are not interested in the office anymore.

I have booked office space in Cosmic cruize project in November 2014.but did not receive any assured return .All the project of COSMIC have been sealed by the order of Delhi High Court.Now can any one suggest, how to get my money back from Cosmic project.
