I forgot my login password in my internet banking SBI anywhere. So, I watch related videos in you tube and followed the same steps to retrieve my login password. But everytime when I enter submit it response due to some technical problems, try later. So, I want is it really technical problems or permanent problem because the same response is coming from more than 10 days. Moreover, bank also failed in solving my problem.
