Recently i have become member of Country Club India about month before, and they offered me complimentary package of 2 nights and 3 days holiday package. I requested the Country club employee to book my complimentary package on last week of August-22 about a week before. Today i got call from their Central team from Hyderabad and confirm my complimentary package. subsequently, i got call from marketing person and booking person to pay the amount of Rs.7910/- towards food and utility charges. i am surprised to see the link along with message on my what sup to pay the amount of Rs.7910/- for my package going to be availed in Aug-22 i.e after 2 months. The local employees are telling that this is company policy to collect the amount in advance for food and utility charges. Further i surprised to note that the utility charges is belongs to tax amount (as they mentioned during conversation) . My question is why i should pay the advance payment for food and utility charges well in advance ( i.e 2 months before ).
Also i tried to call the central club office at Hyderabad (numbers mentioned in website) not responding at all.
I request the concerned authority to solve this and advice the Country club to solve this issues
