I visited Radisson Blu Hotel, Kaushambi, on 4th November, after getting a number of calls from CHIS representatives for the free vouchers.
Sales representatives (Shoaib Khan whose manager is Dhananjay) made many false claims regarding the membership benefits which I am not going to describe here in detail, as people are already aware of the false claims which are made by CHIS representatives.
I paid INR 21, 000 as booking amount.
I instantly regretted my decision after talking to a friend who is in Country Inn as he told me that there is no such project/company of theirs as CHIS people are claiming.
Moreover, I have checked on Government Portals that these people have NO RELATION with COUNTRY INN as Sales Representatives were claiming in their presentation.
Also, I read a lot of complaints on Consumer Portals about CHIS.
After that, I mailed at [protected]@countryholidaysinnsuites.com for the refund.
As conveyed by their representative Dhananjay Mishra (whose phone is not reachable and who also is not responding on mails) the refund process is of 21 days. But now they are saying that the whole consideration will be refunded after 45 days (Images of which have been attached here).
If these people cannot refund INR 21, 000, that too in a case where No Membership has been started, what can be expected of these shams?
