Country Holidays Inn & Suites — I have been cheated again by Chis

There customer support and sales support is very poor (I don't know that they are bad or they asked to behave like fools). Initially I have paid 1.5 to them and recently again I have paid my 3 AMCs dues out of 5 AMCs amounted 40000Rs in july 2024, there sales representative promised that pay only for 3 AMCs rest you can pay in 2029 and 2030 (extension years) (this conversation is in written in email). Now when I am asking them for reservation they are again saying that my 5AMCs are pending.

They are running a fraud business this is not first time when they have frustrated us any time when I go to them for booking they ask for more money.
This time I have everything in written if nothing goes right (waiting for few more days), I'll file a legal complaint against them as they are totally fraud and cheating people.
