Coupondunia — cashback not getting tracked and credited

My transaction for rs. 11146 on paytm - desktop was not tracked. I clicked out on[protected]:06:33 and transaction was made on[protected]:00:00.

I have done a flight booking of delhi to pune using coupondunia and they have promised me that cashback of 750 would be credited to my account and until now they have not entertained any requests from my side for the same.

They have taken a request with ticket id 177203 for cashback not tracked in paytm but they have said that paytm has informed them that this order may exist at their end, but was not attributed to coupondunia and they also have a proof of outclick done through coupondunia.
