Ticket Id 156628 have been raised to coupondounia after I found that cashbacks are not approved but still showing under the Overview page as Pending since January 2017 . On raising the complaint, the team rather taking the issue proactively and dealing with the merchant themselves is again asking me to submit a cashback issue (cashback pending) from my CouponDunia account for all the separate items one by one ( which are more than 10 ). The customer care never helps and want the end users only to take action.
Please help...Earier consumer complain t was mark resolved without my consent...What some joke is going on ? DO NOT CLOSE THIS CASE WITHOUT MY CONSENT ...Please REFER to the SCREENSHOT ATTACHED
