So far, so good. Courtesy Honda is working on building a stronger response system and taking steps to address most of the complaints. While there's room for growth, their efforts show a positive trend in customer support. I gave my honda city for service on 8th FEB 2010. I asked for an interior cleaning of the car at a charge of Rs. 1400/-. At the time of delivery it was late in the night so could not check the car completely. I was asked to fill out the feedback form even before the car was handed over to me. The executive "SHEKHAR" seemed professional, so I wrote all the praises for him in the feedback form.
