I currently own a Honda car (HONDA CITY DL1CM3050). I purchased this car from courtesy Honda Wazirpur Industrial Area and have till date got all my car services from that service centre only.
On 5 May 2017 (Friday) I received a call from Country Honda and they told me that they have encountered some problem related to airbags in the car and have to change a part of the same free of cost. I agreed to it.
On morning of 8 May 2017 (Monday) VIJAY PAL from Country Honda came to pick up my car. He carefully examined the car to check fuel level, dents etc. and in this process he had to start the car manier times but not a single time he faced any problem in inserting the key of the car or taking it out.
On the same day at evening he came to return my car and said that the lock of the was not working properly. The car was received by my daughter and I was not at home.
On next day 9 May 2017, I found that the centre lock system of the car was not working. I was not able to unlock my car. Somehow I managed to open the car by inserting the key in the lock of the door handle. After that when I tried to start the car, I was unable to do it because the car key was not able to rotate in the lock panel. All my efforts turned out to be unfruitful.
Immediately I called ANIL KUMAR (service executive of county Honda Wazirpur), to complain about the same but my complaints are unheard till date.
I request you to change my car lock immediately otherwise I would have to take a legal action against you.
