I have my wrv car get service from prestige honda in dec 18.
I have also raised my concern on 1st jan 19 communication no 1-[protected] and and another on 18th jan 19 communication no 1-[protected].
I have raised that on my service.
1. Prestige honda has mentioned on my invoice that i have refused to replace wiper blade although service adviser has told me that get it replace on your next service.
What is the logic behind mention this on my invoice?
2. Boot nut bolts getting rust and service adviser has taken pictures of this stating that he will revert on this in a week but sorry to say no reply.
3. I have mentioned steering wheel grey powder coating getting removed / faded but service adviser told me its because of i use moisturizer or perfume that it get removed, subsequently general manager service told me i was out of warranty.
4. I have wrongly inserted navigation card in slot and i have accepted my fault but e. G. Every phone / instrument has mentioned how to insert sim or card right. But there was no communication on this in wrv and on every service service adviser get it out and give it to me neither bothered to insert it again after service. Prestige also mentioned on invoice that customer has wrongly inserted navigation card. There they have completed their responsibility.
They have provided me some local shop owner that contact that you should visit ahuja communication get it fix from there.
Why should i go to some local electrical shop to get it fix/removed. Why prestige is not fixing it or taking responsibility to fix it.
Even after above 2 calls on honda one 2 one no one was looking serious to hear customer voice and provide resolution to any of above concerns. Was this information helpful? |
