Coverfox — sales guy misrepresented and filed requests on various insurance websites

Dear sir,
I intend to bring to your notice that one of the sales individual from coverfox had been forcing me to take a health insurance policy from him. But when i refused and stopped picking up his calls, he has input my details to all the health insurance websites to harass me.
May i therefore request you to take the necessary action against this company.

Updated by Arvind Jadli The numbers from which this sales guy had called me are as follows:-
[protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected] on 29 Jun 2019.
I am attaching the snapshot wherein the calls that I received from other health insurance companies namely icicilombard, religare, royalsundaram, maxbupa etc are mentioned. I would again like to repeat that this saleperson had input my details by impersonating me online.
