Coversdeal.com — Product not delivered

I have ordered an mobile cover for pocco x3 pro from coversdeal website, after 8 days the order has been cancelled automatically and when i try to reach them they dont even respond. There is no message or mail from them regarding why order has been cancelled. I want my refund .
