My booking ID is 1067086.I booked a tour by paying Rs. 15000/_ as initial booking installment but on cancellation of it, the management of Cox and Kings agreed for adjusting Rs. 15000/_ in future booking and I was issued a credit note Dated 14/03/2019, to be utilized within a year. However, on inquiry for the available packages in January 2019, I got E- Mail from customer service about start of insolvency process! I sent mail to insolvency service professional but I didn't get reply, so finally I submitted claim through www.marketclear.in/#/cox-kings on 21/11/2019, as suggested in E- Mail of customer service of Cox & Kings.
I have submitted claim as customer ( Operational Creditor).
