Cpit — epf payment not received by company

As i have worked till 1 year in cpit company which is situated in sirsa haryana. I had left the job 1 year ago but till now i have not received my epf payment because they are not signing on my epf form. They are making an excuses over & over. So this is request to you plz take strict action against them so that i can get my epf payment.
