With reference to the captioned subject I, Narendra Thakor(IAD104960) wish to inform you that I have several communications with you regarding the cancellation of my membership over mail and telephonic conversation. Though I am informed by your customer care executive that they can not cancel my membership because it is done by bajaj finserv (BFL)so I should go to bajaj finserv office. I did go there for serval time in the last month they said that they already sent a mail regarding cancellation I even sent mail to them also but no help is coming.
This is clearly written on the 5th page of the booklet I received from you on
''You have a right to cancel Your Membership within ninety (90) days of Your Start Date. If you exercise this right to cancel then Your Membership will be canceled immediately and any payment of Membership Fees made by You (or BFL on Your behalf) will be refunded in
full to You (or BFL) as the case may be.''
My policy start date was 04/12/21 so I have the right to cancel it.
I am requesting you to make the full refund at the earliest.
