I was called on by your sales representative who fooled me into getting this scheme saying that it is for free and that my bank is providing it to me as a part of my ongoin credit card scheme.
By the way my credit card has no annual charges and therefore i knew he was duping me.
He then insisted to keep me on hold and transfered me to another person who then asked me if i have « understood » what the representative said to which i confusingly stated yes - as i didnt know what was going on.
I have already registered a complaint with my bank regarding this call and applied for a reimbursement as soon as possible because i never gave my accord.
This has not only made me upset but also made me hate your services now even if i may have registered with you may be in the future after knowing about your services or after being told in a proper manner.
But i was only duped into this buying scheme and by of course some stupid agent who was just trying to cross his commission mark of the day.
This is highly condemnable and should be taken in seriously if you wish to set up a serious company it requires having some business ethics in place. Was this information helpful? |
