I purchased a CCTV system from Smart Security Systems, Sector 11, Panchkula, India in December 2020.
A couple of months ago, the CCTV system stopped working. A technician from Smart Security Systems took away the DVR as he said that the HDMI port was malfunctioning.
About 10 days later, after many phone calls the DVR was returned, but without the the 2TB hard disc. However, since CCTV was still not working, it was again taken for repair on 12 March. Since then there has been no feedback.
It has been my experience that there been absolutely bad aftersales service from Smart Security Systems, Panchkula. One has make repeated calls to elicit a response to my queries regarding the missing hard disc or the repair of the HDMI port. It has reached a stage where now no one responds to phone calls.
