Cred App — Forcefully making me accept the WhatsApp communication permissions

I was signing up on cred and it asked me to enter email id and gave an option to tick whether i need to enable WhatsApp communication. It was not allowing me to go further and complete the sign up without giving it permission to enable WhatsApp communication. I was made forcefully accept the check box in order to complete the sign up. Later I received a message on WhatsApp that I have enabled the WhatsApp communication. I want to complaint against the company for forcefully making consumers accept its will and then pretending it as if the consumers have given there free consent.
