I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a delayed prepaid recharge on CRED app . On 19/05/20244, I initiated a prepaid recharge transaction through the CRED mobile application for Rs.155. Despite completing the payment successfully, the recharge has not been processed on my prepaid account on time. Due to this delay I couldn't make calls for my emergency requirement.
I have attached evidence of the transaction, including screenshots of the payment confirmation and transaction ID for your reference. Additionally, I have tried reached out to CRED app's customer service multiple times via app to inquire about the status of the recharge. However, I was not able to reach
As a prepaid consumer, I am entitled to receive services within a reasonable time frame, which has not been met in this case. The delay in processing the recharge has caused inconvenience and time loss
Therefore, I kindly request the intervention of the consumer forum to investigate this matter and facilitate a prompt resolution. I seek either the immediate completion of refund or appropriate compensation for the delay and inconvenience caused. Please penalise the come for their technical issue/error
