SBI Credit Card — Making fake bills
my sbi credit card no.[protected] .They added some fake policies on my account, I called them andasked them to cancel the policies, later in November '08 they called me and asked me to pay the bill or else they ll send my case to court. I have never made any transactions from this card.I am filing a complain against SBI credit card in Hum, an RIghts and COnsumer court .

don't know — complaint against fake bill
i had taken SBI credit card which was free from any of the charges(no annual fee also).after some time the sent the bill of Rs 250 approx, actually i could not remember.I had never used that card even for a single item.Now they are continuing to send the massage on my mobile for the payment of Rs575 after gradually taking interest on the principal amount.Since, my address has already changed from the last three years but they are continuing to send the bill on my old address.Actully i became fed up with such fake intimation of bill.My credit card has also misplaced during the shifting of my home.Therefore i have no deails regarding SBI credit card.My mobile no. is [protected]. please help me and requested to stop the practice of sending of fakeSBI — fake transitions

I have not subscribed for anything ... i had Rs100 on 23 but without any intimation they have deducted Rs 5.50..I have called customer care and they ordered me to call one day later.. please kindly look into the matter and resolve the problem as soon as possible. The issue,
SBI agreed with a settlement of Rs: 35, 000/- in three installments as Rs: 5, 000,
Rs: 15, 000, Rs: 15, 000.The first two installments were done on time; the last installment i.e. third installment was delayed for two months and done. The delay was banks fault and the bank manager who was dealing with this accepted over phone. To me it was said clear by the manager the settlement was done right then. Later after four months people kept calling me till now saying settlement is not done.
Why I claim the delay for third installment payment as Bank’s fault?
Every communication to me was through phone from minimum balance payment till settlement, Have had countless calls from them through phone and all I knew is I have to believe them what ever they say as they are the bank.
The person who was communicating with me was Pallavi. She told me as I am doing a settlement I should pay only by cash and only to the executive they are sending for which a Receipt would be given, I even asked them can I do the payment to the bank or even drop a cheque in any of their ATM’s, they simply answered it has to be through their executive and nothing else, I Agreed just like any other common man. The executive called me and confirms from me for the payment before the due date for the first two installments and collected the first two installments properly. As usual I was waiting for the executives call for the third installment, he didn’t make on time. So I called Pallavi to the landline number (080 – 39824988 from which she calls me) before the due date and asked why didn’t they call me and asked can I drop a cheque or pay the bank directly, even when it is getting late she simply said her executive will come and collect the money so asked me to wait. I had to believe then as all I knew was Pallavi is the Bank
I atleast called her more than 10 times during the delay for third installment payment and finally she sent a guy called Shiva who is in his thirties a tamilian who is not working now there as per latest update who also came for the first two installments came after two months and collected the money and went. On the same day another lady claimed herself be a manager and said the settlement can go invalid for delay and I said back what actually happened and right then she accepted as it was bank’s mistake and my settlement was done and confirmed my settlement as done.
SBI having an unstable system
1)After I made the final settlement on 14th Feb 2009 I got a call from the same landline number from a different person not Pallavi somewhere in June(don’t remember the exact month) asking for the payment. When I tell them I already made the payment they tell they’ll check in the system and call me after sometime but they never called me, I assumed then everything is proper. Then again the next month a different person called me and said the same and also they behaved the same manner and never call me back. This is happening till now.
2) The bank never documents or records the previous status of the call made to me, or I don’t know whether they are pretending as if they are calling me for the first time. They never called me directly on my phone rather they called me on my landline in my hometown and then trace me every month. If the bank has a proper system why don’t they update my new mobile number in the system and call me directly on my phone. They never referred my previous call when they speak to me. Every time a new person calls and asks the same question, they tell the same to my parents too and are really sick of these calls
3) This makes me not have any belief in the settlement they helped me in doing as their system could be bogus.
4) When the bank realized my settlement has gone invalid why didn’t they let me know right then and tried sorting the problem out? Instead they deliberately let the interest amount grew and when it looked like a fair amount for which they can get a good commission and target hit they are trying to force me for payment with an email titled ‘High Priority avoid Legal Interference by responding to this email’ .This is considered a very cheap behavior of the bank no matter it’s the whole bank or just an individual does it to happen.

One of the person called me from the SBI from same landline number 080 – 39824988/39824982 named Priya admitted herself saying they always used fake names when the speak to their customer as they know they might get into problems in future. This is a very bad impression on the bank she said this to me when I came to know Pallavi never existed in the bank. No idea if Priya really exists. When a person working in the bank has admitted this fact I never felt like respecting these guys at all after all I felt they were trying to rob money from me for their cheap commissions.
List of persons who called me as I remember are Pallavi, Priya, Sunil, Renjith, Arjun etc.
It’s not only me anybody who comes to know this they call the bank as a Fraud.
My concern
The bank people never listened to my problem they always said simply pay the rest. The rest is not a simple figure it is Rs: 46, 684.02 /-, even if it was in hundreds could have been digestible. All I know is I was supposed to pay Rs: 35, 000 / - and I paid it so that’s it. If they have their own rule and come and say pay Rs: 46, 684.02 / - I cannot and I will not pay them a single penny from my pocket and I am sure about it. I don’t care whether it is system bound and system throws the figure and I have to act accordingly. It doesn’t mean always I have to go with the system and the system controls me, I say all these because there is zero fault on me and the fault is completely on banks side for whatever they did .My real concern is where is money coming from and why is the bank simply trying to extract as much they can, am I here to give all my earning to this fake system bound bank and for all the stupid reasons they give, this is what that comes in my mind when they ask me to pay. I am afraid if it ills my mental health because of these unwanted stress.
One more fact is for the principle amount of Rs: 40, 000/-(I consider principle amount as the actual money I purchased for) I have paid a numerous amount of minimum balances (Rs: 2000, Rs: 2400, Rs 2400, Rs: 6800, Rs: 2400) even this is all working as per the system is programmed all I understand is finally it is just all my money going somewhere. I never said I will not pay, I owed the bank truly, we agreed to a settlement and I did, but the settlement happened had a delay and that too of bank’s mistake.

SBI Credit Card — inconvience with SBI Credit card
Dear Sir,I had applied for SBI Credircard ( state bank of India) in last month from Mumbai ,
After that I got confirmation call for document verification & got one SMS ( i.e. thanks for ur interest in sbi Card ur appli.NO. [protected])is under process & take 15 days ) But after one month spending , I`m not getting credit card from SBI,
then I call to customercare no.[protected] , they Refuse/cancelation my application fro creditcard., though I given all documents & salary slip which is necessary
As i`m class II salararised Govt. officer so there is no constrain of my salary for creditcard, then also SBI refuse me to give Credit card , & also not giving me constrain for refusing my application .
I think that there is monopoly for giving SBI Credit cards ,
I `m much interested to use credit card of govt. bank only
so i request to you please refer this matter & help me as soon as possible

February 19, 2013. I have received a call from the number [protected] one person introduce himself that his name was prshant manager from icici card Deli and told me that a special offer from icici card we offer you a lifetime unlimit credit card .he said me .it will came to you in 7 working days .along with this card one discount card also given .with this card you get 9 gifts free for this offer you have to pay handling charge in fever of suparsaver Plus Pack" cost Rs.6, 399/-they done the transaction but I didn't get any card and gift .the transaction number is 683041.i confirmed the above said number to your help center they told me yes it is icici card delhi number so that only i make the payment but now my bill was generated the amount was not reverse, today morning i made a complaint at icici help center also. so kindly take this complaint a serious one and give me a solution at the earliest ( Note: - their no is [protected].)

Sir, with reference to your problem, I am also a latest victim of SUPER SAVER PLUS PAC.. They called me from one Delhi number, spoke for 54 min and confused me so much that in the end I came to know that I paid Rs 6399.00 from my credit card.. There is a systematic fraud and a posh way of cheating.. something has to be done to prevent more people falling prey to them and to punish them..

Some on called me and said that he is calling from axis and told me that your credit card limit is inceased by 1.5 lacks and your are getting some gifts and offers, he was spoken with me about 1/2 day and confused me so much, in the end I come to know that I paid Rs 6399.00 from my credit card. I got the gift yesterday but it is not worth about Rs.6399. Also the amount is not reversed in the statement as he told. they have cheated me.

SBI Credit Card — Calls from different names and no one ready to solve it.
HiFrom this morning I have received calls from the SBI Call center 3 times with different name to confirm if I have received the Card.
Names Being :
1. Ravi
2. Rakesh
3. Sumur
To report this I called everywhere and could not get any response from the SBI Call center. The person who called me gave 2 numbers to take this issues up but they don't take complaints. Called their Grievance Cell No respones ( no one picking up the phone )
This is SBI Bank who doesn't know how to support their customers.
