[Resolved] Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — Credit data missing from CIBIL records in just three months time.

I had a very good CIBIL Score of around 780 in Oct 2020. But from March 2021 it is showing "Credit record not held". Despites several complaints and regular calls to CIBIL, no action is being taken. A standard reply "My team is working on it" . I did not get housing loan. and paying interest to Seller for delay in Loan formalities. There is no mechanism to take action against CIBIL for mental trauma it is causing . How many are being harassed like me, If they can't maintain the data, they should be removed as Credit Bureau .
