On 28 th may 2019 i had purchased an "croma arctic tower cooler 47l model number crrc1202 from croma vikrampuri secunderabad". The third day it stopped pumping water and i complaint the same to "customer care portal" on 01 june 2019 and they promised me that engineer will come and attend the same with in 03 working days. On 04 june 2019 i physically gone and met customer care service in croma shop and told the same episode to them. Till date no one has come to solve the issue.
